Please share this video. We are on this flight. United airlines overbooked the flight. They randomly selected people to kick off so their standby crew could have a seat. This man is a doctor and has to be at the hospital in the morning. He did not want to get off. We are all shaky and so disgusted. #unitedairways
Oh yay. I just booked my trip to Denver on United.
I would say they have their priorities messed up. Stop over-booking. They’re acting like doctors offices.

Yeah, I agree. Perhaps the doctor should have went to the ticket counter (or wherever) under duress and started drafting in his mind a letter to the CEO, and the newspapers. Rather than resist as he did.
On the hand I know if that were me I’d have been totally pissed off. United Aorlines booking system is at fault, not the customer, and it appears as though United Airlines personal need some serious customer service training.
