  1. I’m not sure the extreme in either direction can ever see the truth. They create their own reality and live in it. The problem is that when they get a hold of the power, they make their reality reality.

        1. No FJ, resistance does not categorically mean a call to violence. But we must obstruct Trump, obstruct his agenda in every possible and legal non violent way we can. Just as rethug republicans did Obama.

By your own words you advocated AND threatened violence. The typical neo con, MIC, and thugs response.

          You’re smarter than that FJ.

          1. “Protest is when I say I don’t like this and that. Resistance is when I see to it that things that I don’t like no longer occur. Protest is when I say I will no longer go along with it. Resistance is when I see to it that no one else goes along with it anymore either.” – Ulricke Meinhof, Red Army Faction

You, the Weathermen and the Panthers have a LOT in common, Les.

          2. Just as moderate Muslim’s don’t criticize jihadi’s, the righteous Left never criticizes the Panthers, the Weathermen, ANTIFA or any of their violent “resistance” counterparts. They just smugly “condone” from afar.

  2. I was in the middle of writing a response to this post yesterday when the power company cut the electricity. Which seems to happen from time to time for no reason. The power will go off, then come right back on. Anyway, I was going to say something about Kim Dotcom (a German currently residing in New Zealand), an individual Keith mentioned. A former RNUSA commenter thinks we should ignore the fact that there are warrants for his arrest (in this country) and allow him to testify. Because he SAYS he has info about Seth Rich’s murder. Info that would confirm that Rich is the source of the WikiLeaks material and not Russian hackers. Read his Wikipedia page and you might agree with Rich’s family, who said that Dotcom’s statement is “ridiculous, manipulative, and non-credible”. Although the former RNUSA commenter says POS repugnant and intellectually dishonest journalists are “vilifying” Dotcom.

    1. Again it is Will who has failed to do his homework and is acting extremely partisan. Personally I think his characterization of CNN and the reporters is infantile.

I admit to not having paid any attention to Kim with the multiple names. But, if Wikipedia is correct he seems like a dishonest slimeball.

  3. Mahatma Ghandi resisted; The Reverend MLK resisted. There’s such a thing as passive resistance. All of us who care about this country needs to practice this kind of resistance.
