Trump and His Administration Argue To Continue Discrimination In the Workplace…


…the employers, with support from the Trump administration, argued that interpreting Title VII’s prohibition against discrimination based on “sex” to include discrimination against LGBTQ workers would be going beyond what Congress intended. When Congress passed Title VII in 1964, the term “sex” was meant to refer to a person’s biological sex, they said, and courts had overstepped by finding it also covered sexual orientation and transgender status.


It is true that Trump and his administration is fine with discriminating against LGBTQ individuals in the workplace. It is on record as having argued in essence just that.

May Trump and his administration pay the ultimate price. DEFEAT in 2020.
